A comprehensive and collaborative program to meet current and future workforce and talent development needs.

About the Program

The Talent Pipeline program was originally created to build supportive relationships among educational institutions, locally based businesses, and students in the area through internships and apprenticeships.

The program has now been expanded to provide greater opportunities for workforce and talent development in alignment with the economic development goals of Rock Hill.

The purpose of this program is to grow the “pipeline” between individuals and students preparing for careers and employers seeking individuals with specific skills.

Internship Offerings

  • Micro-Internships – Short-term skill-based projects for college juniors and seniors.

Participating businesses and organizations can host two internship experiences per year through the program.

Join the Program

Each business/organization must have a representative attend a program orientation session before applying to the Talent Pipeline Program. Orientation sessions last approximately 30 minutes and give an overview of the program, program expectations, and reimbursement information.
